During carve-outs, carve-ins, and reorganizations, technical changes should disrupt ongoing business operations as little as possible. We plan, manage, and implement necessary IT transitions as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. In doing so, we account for existing business dependencies, client requirements, and the impact on affected teams.
Recovery and Remediation
After a cyberattack, the company must resume operations as quickly as possible and restoring the technical foundation is essential. We rapidly establish new, trustworthy IT infrastructure and progressively restore systems based on business criticality. We work closely with forensic and specialist teams and, in coordination with executive management, use the rebuilding process to strengthen IT infrastructure’s resilience.

How we work
Our proven project approach
Analysis
We analyze existing IT infrastructure and applications in connection with business processes and corporate strategy. We clarify technical dependencies, identify problem areas, and define the target architecture collaborating with executive management and relevant business functions.
Design
We design IT and/or cybersecurity architecture, deciding which existing systems can be retained or modified and where new solutions are required. The result is a detailed implementation plan that accounts for technical dependencies, costs, and operational requirements.
Implementation
We implement the planned technical changes in close coordination with the teams involved, focusing on minimizing disruption to business operations. If new findings or necessary adjustments emerge during implementation, we assess their impact on schedule and costs and decide next steps with the client.
Managed Services
Where internal resources or specialized expertise are unavailable, we provide operational support for selected IT systems. We operate these components reliably, keep them technically up to date, and further develop the IT infrastructure as requirements change.
