We design secure digitalization. Our goal is to foster the competitive advantages of European companies, making them as resilient as possible in the light of future challenges. To achieve this goal we design adaptive IT infrastructures that can withstand cyber threats. As foundation, we drive clear understanding of said threats at C-suite level and a consistent connected design of process and structure.

We design secure digitalization with a wholistic angle: starting with analysis and design and including implementation and managed services, as needed. We work closely with decision makers and experts on site to ensure that all created solutions are deeply anchored into the existing company fabric. Our expectations are only fulfilled when there is absolute clarity on status and next steps across the board.

We deliver excellent, workable solutions that exactly fit into the client's organization. To achieve this we develop viable approaches together and implement them in a structured and understandable manner. Our goal is to enable our clients to enjoy long-term success of our work, independently. However, we love to be a long-term partner, if desired.

Alpha Barry

CEO

Alpha Barry joined McKinsey in 1999, where he advised companies on technology and IT. Afterwards, he worked in management roles at software and consulting startups. In 2012, Alpha joined thyssenkrupp, where he led programs to reorganize the group’s IT and IT infrastructure. In 2016, during a major cyberattack, Alpha took over responsibility for the group’s cybersecurity. After successfully repelling the attack, he worked on modernizing the IT security architecture. By founding secida, Alpha aims to help make digitalization and IT infrastructure more secure.

Bastian Helms

Partner

As a Partner at secida, Bastian Helms leads IT and transformation projects for clients in the energy, industrial, and services sectors.As a Partner at secida, Bastian Helms leads IT and transformation projects for clients in the energy, industrial, and services sectors. His work centers on ERP migrations, IT carve-outs, and security programs across both mid-sized companies and large enterprises. Before secida, he spent time at Siemens overseeing software rollouts. What sets him apart is his ability to bridge technical project leadership with business development, he takes transformations from strategy all the way through execution.

Benedikt Dietrich

CTO

Benedikt Dietrich beschäftigt sich seit 1998 mit komplexen IT- und Software-Architekturen und ist seit 2000 als IT-Unternehmer und Entwicklungsleiter tätig. Als CTO mehrerer Startups entwickelte er marktführende Lösungen. Früh erkannte er das Potenzial von Cloud-Technologien und gründete ein Unternehmen, das international Anerkennung fand und als Microsoft Partner of the Year ausgezeichnet wurde. Heute setzt er diese Erfahrung und seine Expertise aus großskaligen IAM- und Cloud-Projekten als Gründer und CTO der secida AG ein, um moderne Sicherheitslösungen voranzutreiben.

Heinrich Herdt

Partner

Heinrich Herdt brings several years of IT consulting experience in cybersecurity, cloud, and identity and access management to the secida team. He started out as freelancer in software development and IT projects before moving into a cybersecurity consulting role at KPMG. Heinrich joined secida in 2020 and today is one of our Partners, responsible for client projects focused on designing secure, modern, and future-ready IT architectures and solution-oriented technical consulting.

Head of People & Culture

As Head of People & Culture, Lisa Bentmann oversees organizational development and everything that keeps secida running beyond client work, from recruiting to internal structures. She has been part of the secida story for years, starting as a working student and quickly growing into roles with real responsibility. Since then, she has been a driving force behind the company's growth into the established IT consultancy it is today.

Sonna Barry is a seasoned business development and strategy executive focused on cybersecurity, digital transformation, and implementation of complex software solutions. She has led international sales and business development organizations and has spent years building scalable, technology-driven business models. As VP at secida she is responsible for development and execution of company strategies, partner management, communication, and marketing.

Thomas Kapp

Partner

Thomas Kapp has been working as an IT entrepreneur and in senior leadership roles at mid-sized IT companies since 1997. Over hundreds of projects, he has had the opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders across Germany, Europe, and the US, learning and growing along the way. At secida, Thomas has been leading implementation and IT governance projects for large mid-market companies since 2025. He also puts his years of IT service management experience to work improving both internal and client-facing processes at secida.

Viktor Biletzki

COO

Viktor Biletzki has over 25 years of experience leading complex IT programs. Throughout his career, he has worked within organizations including the German Bundestag, T-Mobile, Nokia, and Nokia Siemens Networks. He later managed large-scale, business-critical projects at Atos before joining thyssenkrupp in 2017, where he led key IT and security initiatives, including Identity Management implementations and Microsoft 365 migration programs. As the founder of secida AG, he now delivers projects and solutions for organizations operating critical infrastructure, with a focus on cybersecurity, cloud transformation, and carve-out initiativ.
